La Semana de la Movilidad Sostenible del Este es un proyecto de concienciación acerca del uso de transporte alternativo y sostenible, en conjunto con el Ayuntamiento de Higüey y el Intrant.   Actualmente existen 37 estaciones de carga Evergo distribuidos en toda la zona Este de país.

HIGUEY.- , LA ALTAGRACIAI, RD.- Evergo, plataforma tecnológica de InterEnergy Systems Dominicana, líder en instalación de estaciones de carga en el país, se sumó a la apertura de la semana de la Movilidad Sostenible en la zona Este, en coordinación con el Instituto de Tránsito Terrestre (Intrant) y el Ayuntamiento de Higüey.

Esta iniciativa pionera surge con el fin de fomentar el desarrollo de buenas prácticas y medidas permanentes que garanticen la seguridad vial de los ciudadanos y su involucramiento en temas de transporte sostenible.

Desde este ánimo y durante toda la semana de la movilidad sostenible, Evergo facilitará a sus usuarios un bono promocional, de 200 a 500 pesos, por cada 300 pesos de consumo en una de sus estaciones de carga.

Oscar San Martin, gerente general de InterEnergy Systems Dominicana, presente en la actividad, explicó que con esta iniciativa se persigue fomentar la conciencia general de que “todos somos el cambio que necesitamos en miras a tener un transporte más amigable al medio ambiente y autosustentable y que agrega valor a nuestras ciudades”.

Durante el acto de apertura, el alcalde de Higüey, Rafael Duluc, y Oscar San Martín se sumaron a una ruta que incluyó una parada en la estación de carga eléctrica de Evergo disponible en Multiplaza Higüey, donde el ejecutivo explicó todos los beneficios de este servicio pionero en este municipio.

Actualmente Evergo es pionera en la instalación de puntos de carga para vehículos eléctricos a nivel nacional y existen 150 estaciones, 37 de estas en la zona Este del país, instaladas o en proceso de instalación con una proyección de alcanzar los 500 para diciembre de 2021 en toda República Dominicana.

La semana de la movilidad sostenible promueve el uso de transporte alternativo para todos, por el beneficio no solo la salud de las personas, sino por su contribución con el cuidado del medio ambiente.

Durante todo el mes de septiembre se desarrollarán actividades que promuevan el uso de transporte alternos y ciclovías en este municipio.
